Salary: $90,000 - 110,924 per year Requirements:

• We need 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience administering Atlassian tools such as Jira, Confluence, and major add-ons.
• We need a solid working knowledge of SDLC along with SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban practices.
• We need proven ability to build tailored workflows, screens, and dashboards that support agile reporting.
• A bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
• Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Release Train Engineer (RTE), or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) are preferred.
• Experience creating customized reporting models in EazyBI or Tableau is preferred.

• We administer, configure, and support Jira Core, Jira Software, Confluence, and key third-party integrations.
• We design and oversee complex system structures, including workflows, screens, permissions, and notifications aligned to enterprise agile processes.
• We develop scaling reports in EazyBI or Tableau to enable team-level and program-level metrics.
• We onboard, guide, and train teams and users across the enterprise on effective Atlassian usage and Agile best practices.

We are seeking a dedicated Atlassian Agile Coach & Administrator to join our enterprise team as an individual contributor and solution architect. In this role, we provide the technical direction, roadmap planning, and administrative expertise needed to evolve our agile tooling environment while helping cross-functional teams adopt agile ways of working through thoughtful tool configuration and best practices. This is a telecommute contract position with standard hours from 8am to 5pm.
