A direct hire Bank Branch Manager opportunity is available in Pleasanton, CA for an experienced banking leader ready to oversee branch performance, client service, team development, and business growth. Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily branch operations while ensuring efficient workflows, strong compliance practices, and exceptional client service.
- Drive business development strategies to grow deposits, lending relationships, and wealth management referrals.
- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, business owners, community partners, and internal banking teams.
- Manage, coach, and develop branch staff, including personal bankers, relationship managers, and support team members.
- Monitor branch financial performance, portfolio quality, risk management, deposit growth, and profitability.
- Collaborate with commercial lending, mortgage, treasury management, and wealth advisory partners to support client needs.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $90,000.00 to $107,000.00 per year.

- Lead branch operations, service delivery, compliance execution, and team performance.

- Manage branch financial performance, portfolio management, risk controls, and operational integrity.
- Partner with internal banking teams to deliver commercial banking, mortgage, treasury, and wealth advisory solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- 7 to 10+ years of banking experience, including at least 3 to 5 years in branch leadership or management.
- Strong experience in retail banking, commercial banking, private banking, or a related financial services environment.
- Proven success in business development, relationship management, deposit growth, and lending portfolio support.
- Thorough knowledge of banking regulations, compliance requirements, risk management, and branch operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, motivate, and manage banking professionals.
- Solid financial analysis, strategic planning, communication, and client relationship management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree in finance, business, or a related discipline.
- Experience managing a high-volume, flagship, or high-performing banking branch.
- Established community, business, and professional network connections in the local market.
