Position: CDL Bus Driver

Location: Cape Canaveral, FL

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused CDL Bus Driver to transport passengers throughout our Facility. The ideal candidate will have an excellent driving record, a strong commitment to safety, and outstanding customer service skills.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Safely operate diesel, gasoline, or electric-powered transit buses on established routes and schedules.
• Transport passengers efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Check fuel, oil, coolant, and other vehicle systems before departure.
• Maintain accurate driver logs and required documentation.
• Report delays, incidents, accidents, or mechanical issues promptly.
• Comply with all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
• Regulate heating, ventilation, and lighting systems to ensure passenger comfort.
• Load and unload passenger baggage when required.
• Keep the bus clean and presentable by removing debris and sweeping the interior after each shift.
• Clean windows and mirrors as needed to ensure safe visibility.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with:
  • Passenger (P) Endorsement
  • Air Brake Endorsement
• Excellent driving record.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
