Salary: $254,900 - 498,295 per year Requirements:
- We need a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline; an advanced degree is preferred.
- We require 15+ years of relevant technology experience.
- We need 10+ years in leadership positions, including at least 3 years in a CTO role.
- We are looking for a proven history of building and executing IT strategies that align with business priorities.
- We need deep expertise in IT systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities: - We will rely on you to oversee the selection, implementation, and upkeep of our technology systems, including hardware, software, networks, and enterprise applications.
- You will identify digital transformation and innovation opportunities that improve our processes, customer experience, and competitive position.
- You will define and execute our IT vision and strategy in support of our broader business goals.
- You will lead our IT function and guide technology investments and initiatives.
- You will establish and enforce cybersecurity, privacy, risk, and compliance policies to protect our digital assets.
- You will drive adoption of AI/ML, automation, and cloud modernization to improve innovation and efficiency.
- You will develop and manage the IT budget and allocate resources in a cost-effective way.
- You will negotiate with and manage technology vendors, service providers, and consultants.
- You will recruit, mentor, and grow our IT team while fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
- You will partner with executives and other departments to understand technology needs and deliver business-aligned solutions.
- You will create and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans for our IT services.
- You will develop enterprise technology standards, governance processes, and performance metrics that demonstrate value to the organization.
- You will lead the development of our infrastructure and application systems so they support current and future business needs.
- You will ensure our technology capabilities remain adaptable, reliable, sustainable, secure, and cost-efficient.
- You will monitor emerging technologies and determine which should be introduced into the enterprise.
- You will build active relationships with executives, business leaders, and their teams.
- You will lead major change initiatives and apply strong change management practices.
