Countertop Installer

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Countertop Installer to join our team. This role is crucial for delivering high-quality installations of various countertop materials, including granite, quartz, laminate, marble, and Corian, into residential and commercial spaces. The ideal candidate will be meticulous, physically capable, and committed to precision and flawless finishes.

Countertop Installer Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.00 to $22.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 06:30am to 05:00pm )

• Accurately measure, cut, and fit a diverse range of countertop materials, such as granite, quartz, laminate, marble, and Corian.
• Drive to various job sites, ensuring timely arrival and efficient setup.
• Safely lift, maneuver, and transport heavy countertop slabs, weighing up to 50 lbs independently.
• Securely install and precisely level countertops to ensure a perfect fit, structural integrity, and aesthetic alignment.
• Perform precise sink cutouts, appliance openings, and other custom modifications as required by project specifications.
• Expertly polish seams and surfaces to achieve a seamless, high-quality, and visually flawless finish.
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, company guidelines, and industry best practices on every job site.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with clients and team members to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and timely timekeeping records as per client requirements.

Countertop Installer Qualifications:

• Experience in cabinet making or related carpentry trades.
• Previous experience in general construction work or a related trade.
• Proven experience in countertop installation, specifically including granite, quartz, laminate, marble, and Corian.
• Demonstrated ability to accurately measure, cut, and fit materials with high precision.

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
