Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Typist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information in computer systems and databases. The ideal candidate is organized, fast at typing, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Enter data into computer systems accurately and efficiently
• Verify and review data for errors or missing information
• Update existing records when needed
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Organize and file documents (digital or physical)
• Generate basic reports as requested
• Communicate with team members regarding data discrepancies

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, email)
• Fast and accurate typing skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
