Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Freight Dispatchers to join our operations team. This role involves coordinating shipments, managing driver communications, and supporting overall logistics operations. Candidates with prior freight dispatch, logistics, or transportation experience are preferred, though we welcome those with related operational backgrounds.

Dispatchers in this role help ensure freight moves efficiently, documentation is accurate, and operational processes are followed. The position involves collaboration with drivers, operations staff, and other team members to maintain smooth freight operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipments and route planning

• Communicate with drivers to provide updates and instructions

• Maintain accurate records of freight movements and schedules

• Support operational efficiency by assisting with scheduling, routing, and documentation

• Collaborate with the operations team to resolve logistical challenges

• Track and report shipment progress to ensure timely delivery

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in freight dispatch, logistics, or transportation operations preferred

• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work independently while maintaining collaboration with remote teams

• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
