Salary: $44,500 - 65,000 per year Requirements:

• A genuine passion for gaming and for working in a game studio is important.
• We require a college degree in a relevant field.
• This is an on-site role based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, so you must be able to work in person there.
• Experience designing power progressions for digital RPGs is preferred.
• Experience building systems and mechanics for tabletop RPGs is preferred.
• The ability to build on existing lore and worldbuilding would be an asset.

We are Red Diamond, a game studio hiring for a permanent, full-time Game Designer (RPG Systems) role in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
