Store Manager – Seasons Corner Market

Salary Range: $58,000 – $70,000
Plus Potential Bonus Opportunities (based on store volume, location, and experience)

Position Summary

The Store Manager leads daily operations and creates a positive, customer-focused environment. You’ll be responsible for achieving financial goals, managing staff, maintaining compliance, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience every day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and foster a welcoming, friendly environment.
  • Recruit, train, motivate, and lead store employees to deliver exceptional performance.
  • Manage store operations including inventory, cash control, labor scheduling, and expense management.
  • Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company policies and safety standards.
  • Maintain attractive and accurate product displays, pricing, and promotional signage.
  • Complete all required reports and administrative tasks accurately and on time.
  • Model professionalism, accountability, and a strong work ethic to the entire team.
  • Perform hands-on operational tasks, including cashiering, restocking, and store maintenance as needed.
  • Partner with the District Manager to achieve company objectives and operational excellence.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

  • Comfortable performing repetitive motions and working in a confined space for extended periods.
