Job Description

About Core-VA Solutions: Core-VA Solutions is a premier, internationally recognized offshore staffing pioneer, healthcare operations innovator, and remote talent accelerator on an absolute mission to build meaningful partnerships that help medical providers operate at their absolute best. By delivering dependable, highly secure operational and administrative support layers to United States medical organizations, Core-VA removes staffing bottlenecks while providing talented remote professionals with stable, long-term career growth paths. Built on a foundation of mutual trust, autonomy, and open scannable communication, Core-VA fosters a respectful virtual workplace. The organization provides high-agency human resource specialists with an uncompromised remote canvas to manage complex data files, navigate US compliance rules, and build efficient personnel workflows safely worldwide.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, people-focused HR Generalist to join our core centralized Legal & HR collective in a full-time remote capacity across the Philippines. Operating as the primary organizational support system for both distributed teams and executive leaders, you will step up to claim individual strategic and operational accountability for balancing end-to-end recruitment, regulatory compliance, benefits administration, and day-to-day people operations. Shifting completely away from domestic clerical management or basic transcription filing, you will act as a principal human resources technologist—structuring multi-state employee records cleanly, executing cross-border US payroll configurations smoothly, and auditing strict corporate workflows. This position requires an operational veteran with 2 to 4 years of experience supporting US companies who navigates modern HRIS environments fluidly natively using HR Manager practices, tracks pipelines smoothly natively using Recruiter methodologies, and manages confidential financial records confidently.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment Management: Manage, publish, and scale the comprehensive talent acquisition pipeline—from posting targeted vacancies to executing multi-tier candidate screening loops and scheduling executive interviews natively utilizing Recruiter parameters.
  • Seamless Lifecycle Onboarding and Offboarding: Architect, document, and execute clean, frictionless onboarding and offboarding workflows to preserve data validation and build positive long-term employee experiences.
  • US Corporate Payroll and Benefits Processing: Process, verify, and assist with complex cross-border US payroll distributions and benefits administration tracks natively leveraging HR Manager configurations across modern platforms (such as Gusto, ADP, or Rippling).
  • Strict Regulatory Compliance Auditing: Monitor, track, and secure essential compliance requirements, policy revisions, local US labor law adjustments, training completion records, and medical-grade professional certifications with uncompromised accuracy.
  • HRIS Platform Infrastructure Governance: Maintain, clean, and organize all digital HR information system (HRIS) portals, employee directories, and secure relational database records, ensuring absolute data hygiene.
  • Process Documentation and SOP Creation: Write, refine, and enforce repeatable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), cross-functional workflows, and structured personnel playbooks to enhance organizational efficiency.
  • Employee Engagement and Retention Strategy: Support and monitor internal employee engagement initiatives, culture tracking programs, and retention metrics to systematically reduce staff turnover.
  • Confidential Records and Data Safeguarding: Act as a trusted quality assurance cell, handling sensitive employee background records, personal PII datasets, and corporate financial lines with absolute discretion and security compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2 to 4 years of verified professional history running commercial human resource administration, offshore talent management, corporate payroll processing, or virtual recruitment operations (strongly preferring experience in a remote setup supporting US corporate clients).
  • Deep, authoritative technical command of United States labor law baselines, HR compliance standards, multi-state payroll dynamics, and benefits reporting requirements.
  • Expert-tier capability screening talent pipelines, organizing multi-tiered staff records, and handling employee escalation cases natively utilizing Recruiter guidelines.
  • Practical operational familiarity organizing remote employee databases, generating analytics reports, and maintaining compliance documents natively using HR Manager software tools (specifically requiring hands-on fluency in Gusto, ADP, Rippling, or highly similar HRIS frameworks).
  • Possession of a formal university Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a closely related quantitative field.
  • Advanced operational fluency operating digital collaboration environments, displaying hands-on comfort with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and task management systems (such as Asana workflows).
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication traits in business-fluent English, enabling uncompromised scannability, clarity, and absolute professionalism when interacting with senior US management cells.
  • Location Context: Position open exclusively to qualified people operations specialists based permanently and resident within the **Philippines** to operate under a 100% remote work-from-home layout.

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

  • Prior commercial HR administration history operating explicitly within a medical staffing agency, cloud healthcare software environment, or direct patient-support virtual organization.
  • Basic conceptual understanding of accounting data integrations, with a bonus preference for candidates familiar with QuickBooks cloud configurations.
  • An outcome-driven personal philosophy rooted in a people-first mindset, an eager drive to build automated organizational structures, and a passion for managing detail-heavy files with absolute zero-error velocity.

What We Offer

  • Calibrated Independent Philippine Compensation Framework: An attractive baseline remote contracting rate starting at $7.00 USD per hour , tailored precisely to evaluate your US compliance authority, payroll execution history, and talent acquisition craftsmanship.
  • The exceptional professional canvas to directly direct, shape, and engineer the internal people operations pipelines power-routing structural growth for a rapidly expanding healthcare virtual staffing pioneer.
  • Profound work-from-home remote parameters offering a 100% virtual execution layout, allowing you to establish your own workspace with complete scheduling trust and zero geographic commuting friction from any city in the Philippines.
  • Immediate baseline access to premium distributed workplace perks, featuring covered Paid Time Off (**PTO Holiday Leaves**) tracks alongside strict observance of traditional US Public Holidays.
  • Access to structured, comprehensive training and dedicated peer support systems designed explicitly to help you succeed independently as a high-leverage HR architect.
