Are you looking to bring your research ethics expertise to an elite, forward-thinking sports innovation environment? A Global Leader in Athletic Innovation is seeking a Human Research Coordinator for a hybrid role in Beaverton, OR (with Fridays WFH). You will champion athlete protection and research integrity, ensuring a rapid yet compliant pace for cutting-edge sports science discoveries.

responsibilities:

• Support Institutional Review Board (IRB) administrative processes and provide pre-review of research applications.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for investigator compliance consultations and educational outreach.
• Audit and align diverse sports science research disciplines with federal and organizational athlete protection standards.
• Conduct risk assessments regarding human subjects and recommend strategic pathways for compliance.
• Facilitate semi-annual training programs and manage critical compliance data and records.

 
qualifications:
Required:

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, biomedical, or health field with 5-7 years of Human Research Protection Program (HRPP) experience.
• Deep expertise in research ethics and federal human subject regulations (HHS and FDA).
• Proven experience working directly with or as a member of an IRB.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to deliver presentations to technical experts.

Preferred:

• Certified IRB Professional (CIP) designation.
• Experience utilizing Airtable or advanced database management systems.
