A Global Leader in Athletic Innovation is seeking a Human Research Coordinator for a hybrid role in Beaverton, OR (with Fridays WFH). You will champion athlete protection and research integrity, ensuring a rapid yet compliant pace for cutting-edge sports science discoveries.

responsibilities:
- Support Institutional Review Board (IRB) administrative processes and provide pre-review of research applications.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for investigator compliance consultations and educational outreach.
- Audit and align diverse sports science research disciplines with federal and organizational athlete protection standards.
- Conduct risk assessments regarding human subjects and recommend strategic pathways for compliance.
- Facilitate semi-annual training programs and manage critical compliance data and records.
qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific, biomedical, or health field with 5-7 years of Human Research Protection Program (HRPP) experience.
- Deep expertise in research ethics and federal human subject regulations (HHS and FDA).
- Proven experience working directly with or as a member of an IRB.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to deliver presentations to technical experts.
Preferred:
- Certified IRB Professional (CIP) designation.
- Experience utilizing Airtable or advanced database management systems.
