Job Title: Industrial Painter
Job Description

A local manufacturer in Indianapolis is seeking two Industrial Painters to join the team on 1st shift. The role involves preparing and painting industrial parts using spray guns and ensuring the quality of the finished product.

Responsibilities

  • Hang parts to be pulleyed into the wash bay.
  • Wash parts prior to painting.
  • Use a paint spray gun to apply primer and paint (primer and two coats).
  • Dry and un-rack finished products.
Essential Skills
  • Experience in industrial painting.
  • Proficiency with spray guns.
  • Knowledge of paint preparation and application techniques.
  • Experience in sanding and paint booth operations.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Familiarity with powder coating and auto body techniques.
  • Experience in blasting and sandblasting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr.
