Industrial Painter

Looking for an experienced industrial painter who will be responsible for preparing and applying paint and coatings to industrial doors and related components

Industrial Painter Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 to $21.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 03:30pm )

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as required
• Mix paints and coatings according to specifications
• Apply coatings using spray guns and other painting equipment
• Inspect finished work to ensure smooth, even coverage and adherence to standards
• Complete required paperwork and maintain accurate production records
• Clean and maintain painting equipment 

Industrial Painter Qualifications:

• Knowledge of industrial paint systems and surface preparation
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks
• Basic math skills (measuring, mixing ratios)
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1–2 years of manufacturing or industrial painting experience REQUIRED
• Previous experience with spray painting equipment REQUIRED

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
