Internal Medicine Opportunity | Mill Valley, CA

MarinHealth is seeking an Internal Medicine physician to join our team in Mill Valley, a community known for its natural beauty, active lifestyle, and strong sense of connection. The Position

  • Full-time Internal Medicine (adult-only) practice
  • Strong patient demand in a desirable community
  • Team-based care model with APP support and care coordination
  • Close collaboration with MarinHealth specialists across the network
  • Ideal for physicians who value preventive care, wellness, and long-term relationships
  • Open to both experienced physicians and new graduates

The Position Requirements

  • Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree.
  • Board certified or eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (with intent to become certified within 2 years) is required.
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in California.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $315,000 - $350,000. The final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experiences and patient care schedules. Additional pay may be determined for candidates that exceed specific qualifications and requirements.
