Salary: $85,000 - 122,200 per year Requirements:

• We require an associates or bachelors degree, or a high school diploma paired with relevant IT experience.
• We need someone who is based in, or willing to relocate to, Lima, Ohio; relocation support is available when applicable.
• We require the ability to work onsite at our Lima, OH plant four to five days per week.
• We value experience or a strong interest in cybersecurity, IT operations, application support, network operations, connected devices, and end-user computing.
• We need proven accountability in taking ownership of technical incidents through to resolution.
• We seek strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for outages and operational issues involving warehouse applications, IT equipment, networks, or data center environments.
• We require confident leadership and communication abilities to identify, escalate, and explain critical issues to site leadership and operational partners.
• We need practical knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers/data center operations, and IT devices.
• Preferred: experience working with or coordinating local and global operational teams or vendors.
• Preferred: intermediate to advanced project management capability.
• Preferred: hands-on experience with Linux Red Hat administration.

• We own IT operations for the Lima site warehouse, including operational reporting and scorecard tracking.
• We lead IT change management and incident management for warehouse technology initiatives.
• We manage continuity planning and execution to reduce downtime and support security and compliance with our technology standards.
• We oversee both physical IT assets, such as data centers, IT rooms, and cabinets, and the applications used at the site.
• We perform continuity reviews and quarterly infrastructure assessments, then drive remediation of identified gaps.
• We apply ITIL, SRE, project management, engineering, and leadership practices to align plans and deliver results.
• We ensure high-quality service delivery, including service transition, vendor oversight, and service level management.
• We maintain a strong understanding of supported services and business processes to support operational performance and customer satisfaction.
• We continually look for ways to improve efficiency through standardization, automation, and simplification.
• We lead crisis response for major outages, ensuring fast recovery and clear communication.
• We remain on call for urgent incidents when needed.
• We help shape the site digital master plan and support secure, differentiated business solutions.
• We partner with site leadership and collaborate with central teams for network, server, and application support.
• We build capability across the organization and support upskilling in digital technologies.
