Type: Temporary (September 18th - December 15th)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hourly Rate: $18.25 per hour

Medical Receptionist Qualifications required

»Previous practice in a medical receptionist or front desk function is preferred.

»Excellent communication and customer service expertise.

»Proficiency in computer systems and data entry.

» capability to multitask and manage patient interactions efficiently.

»Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in insurance verification and registration.

»Flexibility to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

»Positive attitude and a strong commitment to providing excellent patient care.

Medical Receptionist Job Responsibilities: As a Medical Receptionist for our Flu Clinic, your function will be vital in maintaining efficient front desk operations and delivering outstanding patient service. Your responsibilities will include:

»Greeting and checking in patients at the walk-in flu clinic.

»Verifying patient insurance information accurately and efficiently.

»Assisting patients with any inquiries and providing clear information about clinic procedures.

»Utilizing computer systems for patient registration, scheduling, and payment collection.

»Collaborating with the medical team to ensure a seamless patient flow.

»Adhering to established standards for operational and financial processes.

»Demonstrating exceptional interpersonal expertise to create a welcoming environment.
