Caregiver Responsibilities
Provide compassionate, high-quality, non-medical in-home care while promoting safety, dignity, and independence.
Responsibilities include:
- Personal Care (Bathing, Grooming, Dressing, Toileting)
- Companion Care and Emotional Support
- Meal Preparation and Light Housekeeping
- Medication Reminders
- Mobility and Transfer Assistance
- Transportation to Medical Appointments and Errands
- Dementia and Alzheimer's Care
- Fall Prevention and Safety Monitoring
- Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Communication with Family Members and Care Team
- Accurate Documentation of Client Care
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), Personal Care Assistant (PCA), Direct Care Worker, or Caregiving experience preferred.
- Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional senior care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
- Reliable transportation.
- Valid Arizona Driver's License.
- Current Arizona Auto Insurance.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Current TB Test.
- Level One Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Social Security Card or Birth Certificate required for employment eligibility.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and office staff.
