salary: $41,600 - $44,720 per year

work hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Receiving and reviewing customer orders for accuracy
• Entering orders into company databases or ERP systems
• Processing purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documents
• Verifying pricing, product availability, and payment information
• Coordinating with warehouse and shipping teams to fulfill orders
• Tracking shipments and updating customers on delivery status
• Responding to customer inquiries about orders, returns, or delays
• Resolving order discrepancies, damaged shipments, or billing issues
• Maintaining accurate records of transactions and customer information
• Monitoring inventory levels and reporting stock shortages
• Communicating with sales representatives and vendors regarding order updates
• Preparing reports related to order volume, shipping, or inventory
• Ensuring orders comply with company policies and deadlines
• Processing returns, exchanges, and refunds when necessary
• Filing and organizing order documentation and records
