Position : Organic Content Specialist (Instagram + Short-Form Video)

Working Schedule : 8am-5pm EST

Salary Range :$1900-$2500 USD Monthly (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)

Role Overview

We’re hiring a full-time Organic Content Specialist to run the company’s Instagram and short-form content engine. You’ll create high-quality Reels, posts, and captions that drive engagement and growth, while expanding onto TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.

You must understand social trends, write strong copy (using AI tools to elevate and speed up copywriting), and support our initiative to offer done-for-you Instagram content services (Reels, Shorts, posts) to clients.

This is a creator role, not just a task executor — you will bring ideas, own organic content output, and collaborate with our internal marketing department.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the company’s organic social content across Instagram and other short-form platforms.
• Proactively pitch creative ideas: talking-head videos, trends, hooks, and content formats that fit the brand.
• Build monthly organic content plans and prep materials for content sessions.
• Create Reels, Shorts, feed posts, stories, carousels, and strong, on-brand copy (with AI support).
• Identify relevant trends and turn them into viable content concepts for the team.
• Manage and track organic tests across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, email).
• Analyze organic performance metrics: reach, interactions, engagement, watch time, and conversion signals.
• Use GoHighLevel to pull monthly marketing reports, differentiate paid vs. organic leads, and track qualified leads per source.
• Contribute to the development of done-for-you client content services (Reels, Shorts, written posts).
• Adjust strategy based on performance data and business goals.
  
   

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct experience.
• Advanced skill in Instagram and short-form video creation (especially Reels).
• Strong copywriter who uses AI tools to improve speed, creativity, and output quality.
• Creative thinker who brings new ideas and can turn trends into strategic content.
• Confident in putting together monthly content plans and presenting ideas to leadership.
• Able to manage multiple organic experiments and track performance across platforms.
• Organized, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
• Experience with chiropractic, health, or coaching brands is a plus.
• Portfolio required (Reels, Shorts, posts, campaigns, or relevant projects).
