• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans while managing patient medications and prescriptions
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and charting in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
• Assist with surgical procedures and emergency medicine interventions as needed in home care environments
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care

• Current Physician Assistant license and certification with demonstrated expertise in clinical assessment, diagnosis, and patient treatment
• Strong proficiency in physical examination techniques, medical history taking, and pharmacology with prescription management experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and families in home settings
• Proven critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and team collaboration skills essential for coordinating care across multiple healthcare providers
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and ability to provide sensitive care to patients in their home environments
