Abacus is looking to hire a printing operator that is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining printing machines to produce high-quality printed materials according to client specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Setup and Operation: Prepare and operate various types of printing machines (e.g., offset, digital, flexographic) to produce printed materials efficiently.
Quality Control: Monitor print runs for quality assurance, ensuring that printed materials meet preset standards and specifications.
Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.
Adjustments: Make necessary adjustments to machine settings for different job requirements, including paper size and ink distribution
Typical shift is Mon-Fri 8a-430p
During peak schedule can be 6a-430p and some Saturdays
