Role Description

The Project Coordinator I provides essential administrative and project coordination support to assigned departments, programs, and projects. This role is ideal for an organized professional who enjoys coordinating people, processes, and priorities while building the skills needed for a successful career in project management.

The high priority is focused on task execution and project coordination, including:

  • Managing timelines
  • Tracking deliverables
  • Documenting meetings
  • Maintaining project documentation
  • Ensuring projects remain on schedule

The remaining responsibilities are client- and partner-facing, requiring:

  • Regular communication with external stakeholders
  • Facilitating meetings
  • Coordinating requests
  • Building positive working relationships

Success in this position requires someone who enjoys balancing detailed operational work with meaningful collaboration and customer service.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree (AA/AS) required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum two (2) years of related experience
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills

  • Strong emotional intelligence
  • Preferred experience in healthcare or a healthcare-adjacent environment
