Job Description
Our client is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to provide administrative support to their Recruiting Team. This role involves scheduling interviews, managing candidate communication, and assisting with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth experience for candidates and hiring managers.
salary: $27 - $29 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: Bachelors
Responsibilities
- Schedule interviews for various positions, including coordinating with interviewers and reserving rooms or virtual meeting setups.
- Confirm start dates and support preboarding activities for new hires.
- Assist recruiters with preparing offer letters and supporting the offer process.
- Help candidates and recruiters with actions in the applicant tracking system (MCI), including applying, accepting offers, and onboarding steps.
- Provide excellent customer service and problem-solving support to candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow company policies and support risk management efforts.
- Support administrative tasks related to recruiting and hiring.
- Participate in process improvements and special projects as needed.
Qualifications: - 2+ years of experience in recruitment or human resources
- strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with scheduling and supporting recruiting activities.
- Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain professionalism.
