We are currently seeking a SAP MM. Lead Consultant to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Job Title: SAP MM Lead

Experience Required: 10+ Years in SAP MM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned SAP MM Lead with over 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP Materials Management. The ideal candidate will lead SAP MM implementation and support projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive process improvements across procurement and inventory management functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end SAP MM implementations, upgrades, and support engagements.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP MM solutions.
• Configure SAP MM modules including Purchasing, Inventory Management, Valuation, and Invoice Verification.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across procurement, logistics, and finance to optimize supply chain processes.
• Manage integration points with other SAP modules (SD, WM, FI, etc.).
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and team members.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Ensure documentation of functional specifications, test cases, and training materials.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of SAP MM experience with at least 2 full-cycle implementations.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, inventory management, and vendor management.
• Proficiency in SAP MM configuration and customization.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead teams and manage client expectations effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; SAP certification is a plus.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience in global rollouts and multi-country implementations.
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
