We are National Search Group, Inc. located in Miami, Florida (USA). We are expanding our remote teams in Vietnam, India, South Africa, Latin America, and the Philippines .

Talent Sourcing Specialist (5 positions)

This is a full-time, remote (non-voice) position following EST business hours, Monday through Friday.

About the role

The Talent Sourcing Specialist is the engine of our recruitment process. You will be responsible for the top-of-the-funnel activity, proactively identifying and engaging high-caliber talent for National Search Group, Inc. This role focuses on the "hunt"-leveraging advanced digital techniques to locate passive candidates and build robust talent pipelines that ensure our hiring needs are met with precision and speed.

To be successful in this position, you must be a master of discovery . While extensive US-facing verbal experience is not a strict requirement, you must possess an exceptional eye for detail and a high level of written proficiency. We are looking for a specialist who thrives on the technical side of recruitment-someone who treats sourcing as a science.

Key expectations for this role include:

  • Technical Mastery: You must demonstrate expert-level proficiency in advanced sourcing techniques, including complex Boolean search strings , x-ray searching, and navigating various professional networks (LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, etc.) to uncover "hidden" talent.
  • Data Integrity: You will be tasked with identifying and locating accurate, reliable contact information for top-tier candidates. A high level of precision is required when maintaining our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure no lead is lost.
  • Engagement Strategy: You will craft and send compelling, personalized recruiting emails that resonate with passive candidates, effectively promoting our employer brand and converting prospects into active applicants.
  • Analytical Thinking: By leveraging data-driven frameworks, you will measure conversion rates and coordinate closely with Recruiting Managers to refine search parameters based on real-time market feedback.

Beyond technical skills, the ideal candidate is self-motivated and capable of navigating the North American professional landscape through digital research and written outreach. Your ability to generate a consistent flow of high-quality leads will be the key to maintaining the high standards of excellence at National Search Group, Inc.

Responsibilities

  • Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, etc.).
  • Craft and send high-impact recruiting emails.
  • Coordinate with recruiting managers to determine position requirements.
  • Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search).
  • Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Measure conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants, get invited to interviews, get offers, and get hired.
  • Ask for referrals from current employees and external networks.
  • Promote our employer brand online and offline.
  • Maintain candidate databases (e.g., via our Applicant Tracking System).
  • Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Recruiting OR Sourcing (Required).
  • Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g., recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings).
  • Familiarity with Recruiting databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs), and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs).
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates.
  • Effective time-management abilities.
  • Education: Senior High School (Preferred).
