Job Description

From prepping meals to keeping the kitchen running safely and smoothly, you’ll help nourish campers, families, and fellow staff in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with meal preparation under the guidance of the Head Cook and Assistant Kitchen Manager
  • Help with dishes and maintain a clean, organized kitchen and dining hall
  • Follow Colorado Department of Public Health guidelines to ensure a safe food environment
  • Support food allergy and dietary preference protocols with care and attention
  • Participate in pre-camp training and collaborate with camp staff across departments
  • Contribute to a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for campers and staff

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work independently and problem-solve when needed
  • Willingness to follow health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Team-oriented mindset with a positive, flexible attitude
  • CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain certification
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination required
