What You Bring
At least 3 years of experience as an IT Technician, preferably in an MSP environment.
Solid background in dealing with escalated technical requests and providing escalated support.
Strong familiarity with server administration, including DNS management.
Proven experience with Intune and Azure, demonstrating expertise in managing cloud-based solutions.
Ability to prioritize and handle critical client technical matters with a sense of urgency.
Excellent troubleshooting instincts and the ability to identify and resolve network and server issues.
Proficiency in logging in to firewalls, switches, and other network devices for configuration and troubleshooting purposes.
Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, promoting excellent customer service.
