As an Experienced Telecom Lineman, you’ll work on a variety of construction and maintenance projects in the field, performing aerial and underground work, installing and servicing fiber and utility lines, and ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. This is a full-time, hands-on role with opportunities for overtime, growth, and meaningful impact every day.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform construction, installation, and maintenance of telecom and utility infrastructure including aerial and underground systems.
  • Climb poles, work from aerial equipment, and handle line work in a variety of environments.
  • Operate tools and equipment safely and maintain adherence to all jobsite safety procedures and industry regulations.
  • Coordinate with crews to support project objectives and complete tasks efficiently.
  • Document work completed daily and communicate progress to supervisors and project management.
  • Respond to service calls, troubleshoot issues, and support restorative work as needed.

Skills / Must Haves:

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Prior experience working as a lineman, telecom technician, or similar field role.
  • Comfort climbing poles and working at heights; ability to lift heavy equipment.
  • Strong commitment to safety practices and team collaboration.
  • Excellent communication skills and professional work ethic.
  • CDL Class A License
