(1) Account Servicing and Administrative Support

• Facilitate account opening procedures, accurately completing application forms and all associated documentation for Treasures customers.


• Handle general inquiries promptly and professionally in person and over the phone.


• Actively support TRMs in nurturing and expanding client relationships through diligent follow-up and personalized service.


• Manage all relevant correspondence, maintain accurate records, and perform essential administrative tasks to ensure efficient branch operations.


• Compile, analyze, and report on key statistics to inform operational improvements and strategic decisions.

• Under the guidance of TRMs, proactively identify and source suitable financial products tailored to Treasures customers' needs.


• Develop and prepare compelling sales and promotional materials, including investment profile reviews, to empower TRMs in their client engagements. Perform other sales-related duties as assigned by the CMs and TRMs.


• Engage Treasures customers through proactive outreach to provide timely updates on product offerings, market insights, and account status.


• Clearly articulate and explain investment products, including their associated risks, to Treasures customers, ensuring informed decision-making.


• Identify and communicate customer financial needs to TRMs for effective follow-up and solution provision.


• Perform regulated activities, Type 1 & 4 specified under the Securities & Futures Ordinance.


• Provide valuable customer feedback and competitive intelligence with the CMs / TRMs to continuously refine service offerings.

• Consistently deliver superior service that aligns with the Treasures Customer Interaction Model and DBS Bank’s esteemed service standards.


• Efficiently process and diligently follow through on customer requests and inquiries, striving for complete customer satisfaction.


• Oversee and maintain the daily environment and service quality of the Treasures Centre in accordance with DBS Bank’s standards. Address any issues or suggestions promptly with the Branch Manager for continuous improvement.

• Strictly adhere to all DBS Bank policies, standards, operational guidelines, procedures, security protocols, and internal control measures.


• Ensure full compliance with all internal policies and procedures, including staff licensing, fit and properness requirements, anti-money laundering policies, KYC principles, and refined sales processes. Assist the CSM in verifying KYC, anti-money laundering compliance, and documentation completeness during account opening and for each transaction.


• Contribute to the improvement and maintenance of work processes, audit controls, and compliance quality within branch operations through leadership, continuous education, ongoing monitoring (e.g., Branch Operation Evaluation, Branch Health Check), and effective implementation of improvement and remedial actions.


• Comply with all registered capacities and conditions imposed by the HKMA, including adherence to applicable requirements of the Code of Conduct for Persons Licensed by or Registered with the SFC.

1. 1-2 years of proven experience in account servicing, preferably gained within the consumer banking industry.

2. Degree holder, preferably in business or finance related discipline;

3. Must be a registered RI [Regulated Activities: Type 1 & 4] with passes in HKSI Licensing Examination Papers 1, 7 & 8; or equivalent; and

4. Must be a registered TR [General & Long Term (incl. linked long term)] with passes in IIQE papers 1, 2 , 3 & 5; or equivalent.

5. Prior exposure to investment products and priority banking services is preferred.

6. Fluency in Mandarin and English are required.
