Assist with diagnosing and repairing electrical systems including wiring, outlets, breakers, panels, and lighting
Support installation of new electrical components and system upgrades in residential homes
Learn to troubleshoot electrical issues and apply safe, code-compliant solutions
Help maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and jobsite
Document work performed using company-provided iPad and service software
Follow NEC standards, local electrical codes, and company safety procedures
Communicate professionally with homeowners while developing customer service skills
Collaborate with team members to complete jobs efficiently and correctly
Contribute to the growth of the electrical division through reliability and quality work

High school diploma or GED
1 to 3 years of experience in the electrical trade or a related hands-on field
Active Apprentice Electrician license
Basic understanding of residential electrical systems and wiring
Familiarity with NEC guidelines and electrical safety practices
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift 50 to 75 pounds and perform physical job duties
Comfortable working on ladders and in confined or enclosed spaces
Experience using basic electrical tools and equipment
Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and take direction
Good communication skills and a developing customer service mindset
Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus but not required
Availability to work a flexible schedule based on customer needs
