job summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Atlassian Agile Coach & Administrator to join our enterprise team. This individual contributor will act as a solution architect, providing the technical vision, road mapping, and administrative support needed to transform our agile tooling landscape. In this role, you will empower cross-functional teams to adopt agile ways of working through efficient tool configurations and best practices.

responsibilities:
- Administer, configure, and maintain Jira Core, Jira Software, Confluence, and essential 3rd-party integrations.
- Design and manage complex schemas (workflows, screens, permissions, and notifications) customized to enterprise agile processes.
- Enable team and program-level metrics by developing scaling reports in EazyBI or Tableau.
- Onboard, support, and train groups and users across the enterprise on optimized Atlassian system usage and Agile best practices.
qualifications:
3 to 5 years of hands-on experience administering Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, and major add-ons).
Strong practical understanding of SDLC, SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to create custom workflow solutions, screens, and dashboards to support agile reporting.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Release Train Engineer (RTE), or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC).
Experience building customized reporting models using EazyBI or Tableau.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
