Vernovis is partnering with a privately held, multi-entity organization seeking a strategic and hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team and help drive long-term growth, operational scalability, and financial performance.

What You'll Do:

• Lead enterprise-wide financial operations including FP&A, accounting, treasury, forecasting, cash flow management, and reporting
• Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning, operational performance, and growth initiatives
• Develop KPI-driven analytics, financial models, and reporting tools to support business decision-making
• Drive process improvements, internal controls, and scalable operational infrastructure across the organization
• Oversee banking, audit, tax, legal, and external advisor relationships
• Lead technology and systems initiatives including ERP optimization, reporting enhancements, and cybersecurity oversight
• Mentor and develop Finance, Accounting, and IT teams while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

What Experience You'll Have:

• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience within privately held or multi-entity organizations
• Strong background in strategic finance, FP&A, accounting operations, cash flow management, and operational leadership
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field required; CPA and/or MBA preferred
• Proven experience leading teams, influencing executive leadership, and driving organizational change
• Strong communication, analytical, and relationship management skills

What Experience is Nice to Have:

• Experience within family-owned or entrepreneurial business environments
• ERP implementation or systems modernization experience
• Oversight of IT functions, cybersecurity initiatives, or enterprise technology strategy
