Job Description

The Corporate Talent Acquisition Partner supports the entirety of the Talent Acquisition process by being responsible for all recruiting and hiring process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers. This individual consistently utilizes their networks to leverage talent and maintains creativity in the recruiting process. The Corporate Talent Acquisition Partner also provides consulting to hiring managers and department leaders in regards to people placement within the organization and is responsible for maintaining exemplary customer service throughout the hiring process.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Supports the full talent acquisition lifecycle for assigned requisites by performing the following duties: sourcing, screening, interviewing, networking, analysis, and offer. Involved in the screening of talent and facilitation of the in-person interview process while providing a positive guest experience.

  • Assists with sourcing staffing agencies; serves as the liaison between our vendors and hiring teams to fill positions.

  • Makes creativity a part of their personal talent acquisition style, incorporating creative sourcing techniques and being willing to cater the talent acquisition process to hiring manager’s individual needs.

  • Serves as a business partner and consultant to hiring managers and provides a consistent and excellent customer service experience during meetings and interactions.

  • Utilizes talent acquisition strategies such as leveraging personal and professional social networks and researching and attending industry-specific events (i.e. college and alumni career fairs) to identify potential talent.

  • Continually utilizes online acquisition resources and Applicant Tracking System(s) to identify and recruit the best candidates and support a pipeline for future opportunities.

  • Supports and encourages internal referrals by promoting the HIRE program as well as contacting employees and following up regarding potential candidates.

  • Researches recruiting practices to find innovative and creative talent acquisition solutions on a continual basis. Promotes and shares new techniques with Talent Acquisition team.

  • Provides project support and assists with process improvement initiatives for the department or cross-functional groups

 

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum of 5 years of full life cycle talent acquisition experience required

  • Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates in a corporate (in-house) and third-party environment required

  • Experience utilizing current talent acquisition digital technologies required

  • Ability to interface with candidates in an engaging and persuasive manner and ability to partner with, advise, and influence hiring managers in a consultative manner to foster long-term relationships is strongly preferred.

  • Strong experience in MS Office Suite; including but not limited to Excel and Word
