About the Opportunity:

Join us as a Flight Nurse and be part of a leading air ambulance team dedicated to moving communities to health with the highest safety standards. With 80+ bases nationwide, we provide critical care transport and outreach education. In this role, you’ll deliver life-saving treatment to critically ill or injured patients while growing your career in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatments during transport.
• Accurately document patient care, stabilization, and transport details.
• Maintain compliant and precise billing records.
• Communicate effectively with leadership, team members, and partners.
• Support outreach, public relations, and marketing initiatives.
• Attend required training, meetings, and maintain clinical competencies.
• Work under the Medical Director and report to Clinical Services leadership.

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the state of employment.
• 3–5 years of critical care or emergency experience.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, plus one trauma certification (TNCC, ITLS, PHTLS, etc.); NRP preferred.
• Ability to obtain CFRN within 24 months.
• Previous flight or transport experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency for charting and communication.
• Ability to meet physical requirements, including weight limits and exams.
