Job Description

As a Game Developer specializing in Cocos2d-x, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of AI systems by applying your game development expertise. This position offers the unique opportunity to influence how models learn and perform through the creation of high-quality, real-world input. Key Responsibilities:

• Create realistic Cocos2d-x tasks including sprite management, animations, physics, UI, and game logic.
• Write clear and structured prompts based on real development scenarios.
• Build evaluation rubrics to assess the quality of solutions.
• Execute and review tasks within a virtual environment.
• Provide feedback to enhance task quality and consistency.

• 2+ years of experience with Cocos2d-x and C++.
• Experience working on real game projects, preferably in 2D or mobile.
• Strong understanding of scene graph, action system, and asset management.
• Ability to break down problems into clear, structured tasks.
• Strong written communication skills.

• Experience with Lua or JavaScript bindings in Cocos2d-x.
• Experience mentoring or reviewing code.
• Exposure to AI training or evaluation workflows.

This is a fully remote, contract position with a flexible schedule, requiring approximately 20 hours per week.

Hourly pay ranges from $50 to $120.

No prior experience in AI is required; your domain knowledge is what matters.
