Job Description

As an important part of the Resort Operations Team , this role helps keep our resort running smoothly by making sure all laundry is cleaned, organized, and ready for use. The Laundry Attendant plays a big role in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience for our guests by handling laundry tasks efficiently and with care. If you enjoy hands-on work and being part of a supportive team in a beautiful resort setting, this could be a great fit!

As a Laundry Attendant, you will: 

• Sort, pre-treat and separate laundry by category for assembly.
• Separate linens into assigned bins and by linen type. 
• Fold laundry items by hand—such as sheets, pillowcases, washcloths, towels, blankets, and bedspreads. Place all folded linens on shelf in proper order and category. 
• Fold all the blankets, duvets, and mattress pads by sizes and place on shelf. 
• When processing linen, remove stained and damaged linen to the designated area.
• Clean work area daily, including cleaning of washers and dryers.
• Remove linen from washers and dryers daily. 
• Meet all established productivity requirements for processing linens.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 and have a valid driver’s license to drive company golf carts
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

• Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States
