salary: $19 - $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 6 AM - 2:30 PM
education: No Degree Required
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: - Perform MIG welding on steel, aluminum, and other metals based on blueprints and technical drawings
- Set up and operate MIG welding equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect workpieces for defects and perform necessary adjustments
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
- Perform quality control checks to ensure welds meet project specifications
Qualifications: - Proven experience as a MIG Welder (at least one year preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications
- Knowledge of welding materials, techniques, and equipment
- Familiarity with welding safety standards and practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
The essential functions of this role include:
- wearing steel toe shoes
