About the Role

We're hiring a professional, people-focused Receptionist to serve as the welcoming face and voice of a highly regarded Personal Injury Law Firm.

This is a fast-paced front-office role ideal for someone who thrives in high-volume environments, enjoys interacting with people, and can confidently manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining professionalism and composure.

You'll play a central role in client communication, office coordination, and daily administrative support while helping create an exceptional first impression for clients and visitors.

What You'll Do

Front Desk & Client Communication

• Manage a high-volume 10-line phone system professionally and efficiently
• Route calls accurately to attorneys and staff members
• Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors
• Create a warm, professional, and welcoming office experience
• Maintain a polished and organized reception area

Administrative Support

• Assist with scanning, filing, and document organization
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
• Provide general administrative support to office staff
• Help maintain smooth day-to-day office operations

Required Qualifications

Experience

• 5+ years of experience managing multi-line phone systems
• Experience working in fast-paced office environments
• Strong customer service and communication experience

Skills & Competencies

• Clear, confident verbal communication skills
• Friendly and professional phone presence
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
• Ability to remain composed under pressure
• Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and reliability

Technical Skills

• Proficiency with:
  • Microsoft Word
  • Microsoft Outlook
  • Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Filevine strongly preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual communication skills highly preferred

Work Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Work Environment

• Location: Clifton, New Jersey
• Full-time direct hire
• Fully onsite role
• No remote work available

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation

• Base Salary: $37,000 – $47,000 USD depending on experience
