Role Description
Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University - Worldwide is currently accepting applications for a Regional Student Recruitment Counselor (RC) position within the University’s Enrollment Management department. The role is primarily responsible for prospective student engagement through in-person, virtual, phone, email, and text outreach; utilizing multiple resources and tools throughout their day-to-day activities.
Part of this responsibility includes providing the civilian and military sectors with relevant information regarding University programs and services. This role is responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with prospective students through application; assisting prospective students inquiring about various educational opportunities available through the Worldwide/Online Campus; managing projects as assigned; and assisting other recruitment teams as needed. This position supports excellence in student services at every opportunity and seeks to continuously maintain a healthy relationship with university, military, and corporate affiliations.
PLEASE NOTE: This position is responsible for managing the territory located within the state of Florida. To be considered for this role, candidates must reside within the state of Florida full time.
