Job Description

Salary: $73,400 - 129,260 per year Requirements:

  • We require an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
  • We require a bachelors degree in an accredited engineering discipline or closely related field, plus at least one year of systems engineering experience.
  • We look for experience coding in Python and Visual Basic for Applications.
  • We need strong knowledge of RF theory and academic principles, especially as applied to EMI testing and unintended emissions across HF, VHF, and UHF bands.
  • We expect familiarity with RF test equipment and components such as network analyzers, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, amplifiers, filters, isolators, attenuators, and terminators.
  • We require the ability to develop and document test plans.
  • We need experience drafting technical recommendations in formal test reports.
  • We expect the ability to define and/or review system and component performance requirements to support optimal function and E3 noise electric field limits.
  • We require strong collaboration skills for working with internal and external stakeholders in support of program and mission needs.
  • We require the ability to travel three times per year for 7-10 days at a time.
  • Preferred experience includes electromagnetic compatibility testing, electromagnetic interference mitigation, and/or antenna calibration.
Responsibilities:
  • We apply systems engineering principles across the full lifecycle, including concept, development, production, utilization, support, and retirement.
  • We work with government counterparts on systems engineering technical matters, including issues, conflicts, and problem resolution.
  • We communicate with program staff, government overseers, and senior executives.
  • We ensure the technical integrity, quality, and completeness of our work products and deliverables across ISO/IEC 15288 process areas.
  • We contribute to stakeholder requirements definition, requirements analysis, architectural design, implementation, integration, verification, transition, validation, operation, maintenance, and disposal.
  • We support project planning, project control, decision management, risk management, configuration management, information management, and measurement activities.
  • We assist with enterprise-level activities such as portfolio management, infrastructure management, lifecycle model management, human resources management, and quality management.
  • We support acquisition and supply agreement-related processes.
  • We perform systems engineering tasks and help prepare work products within technical process areas aligned to ISO/IEC 15288.
  • We formulate test plans, issue technical findings, and help ensure technical support aligns with E3 program and customer mission objectives.
