Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in computer information systems.
• We prefer NICE CXOne or CCNA-Collaboration certification.
• We need strong verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to work extended hours under pressure during outages and implementations.
• We expect expert-level knowledge of NICE CXOne and experience managing complex telecommunications environments and infrastructure.
• We look for hands-on experience with voice and contact center platforms, including voice systems, call center technologies, PBX, gateways, voice networks, ACD, voicemail, call recording, and related support tools.
• We require familiarity with WAN/LAN technologies and VoIP/SIP call routing protocols, including TCP/IP routers, SBCs, servers, switches, firewalls, DNS, DHCP, and Citrix Desktop deployments.
• We value proven coordination and problem-isolation abilities.
• We need strong scripting and troubleshooting capability in contact center technologies.
• We require solid documentation and communication skills.
• We prefer some experience leading and guiding others.

• We provide engineering support and consultation for the design, development, and implementation of telephony and contact center solutions.
• We support our telephony and contact center environments across a complex multi-location, multi-national, and multi-vendor infrastructure.
• We design, implement, and support call flow scripts within the NICE CXOne ecosystem.
• We work with voice systems, call center platforms, PBX, gateways, voice networks, voicemail, call recording, and auxiliary support systems.
• We analyze current and proposed telephony and contact center environments to identify opportunities for improvement.
• We recommend enhancements to scripting efficiency and advise on the migration from Cisco to NICE CXOne.
• We deliver advanced infrastructure support and testing for patching, hardening, hardware and software upgrades, system updates, and break-fix work.
• We maintain a strong understanding of our applications and the integration between telecommunications and data systems.
• We assess change impacts across business, customer, cross-system, cross-process, and cross-project areas.
