Responsibilities include managing schedules, assisting with planning activities, communicating with clients through phone, email, and chat, and ensuring all details are accurate and up to date. The position involves supporting a variety of tourism and event-related services while maintaining organization, efficiency, and a positive client experience. Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills are important for success in this role.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
  
• Strong communication and organizational skills
  
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  
• Access to a reliable phone, computer, and internet connection
  
• Basic computer skills (email, data entry, navigation)
  
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, events, or tourism is a plus but not required
