Salary: $136,153 - 142,409 per year Requirements:
- We are looking for someone with 5-8+ years of experience in Portfolio Management, PMO, Value Management, or a related field.

Responsibilities: - We support and operationalize enterprise benefits realization frameworks, including tracking, validation, and reporting.
- We partner with business and technology teams to define value hypotheses, KPIs, and outcome measures.
- We execute value measurement processes that connect delivery outputs to business results.
- We ensure consistency and integrity of value data across systems and reporting tools.
- We execute and improve Lean-Agile portfolio workflows, including intake, demand management, prioritization support, and execution tracking.
- We maintain and refine portfolio operating practices, SOPs, and templates.
- We serve as a subject matter expert for portfolio processes and user adoption.
- We facilitate prioritization by preparing data, insights, and trade-off scenarios.
- We support teams in defining and refining OKRs tied to strategic themes.
- We translate portfolio strategy into execution-ready artifacts and metrics.
- We build and maintain dashboards and reporting materials that show value realization, delivery performance, and progress against strategic objectives.
- We provide data-driven insights for governance forums and leadership reviews.
- We partner with data teams to ensure reporting accuracy and standards alignment.
- We contribute to the design and refinement of end-to-end portfolio processes.
- We identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements in workflow design, tool experience, data capture, and reporting.
- We drive continuous improvement through feedback loops and metrics.
- We support the rollout of new portfolio practices through training materials, role-based guidance, job aids, and playbooks.
- We help establish communities of practice and adoption mechanisms.
- We collaborate with portfolio governance teams and other cross-functional partners to enable decisions and support delivery.
