Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer support or chat support role, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and empathy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
