About the Opportunity:

Join us as a Flight Nurse and play a critical role in one of the nation’s leading air ambulance teams. We’re known for our strong safety culture and expert crews across aviation, medicine, and communications, supporting over 22,000 patients each year from 80+ bases nationwide. Responsibilities:

• Perform patient assessments, diagnoses, and emergency care during air and ground transport.
• Accurately document medical care, assessments, and billing information.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Support outreach and community engagement efforts.
• Participate in ongoing training, clinical rotations, and continuing education.
• Maintain required certifications and meet annual competency standards.
• Work under the Medical Director and report to the Clinical Services Manager.

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the state of employment.
• 3–5 years of critical care or emergency experience.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and one trauma certification (TNCC, ITLS, PHTLS, etc.); NRP preferred.
• Ability to obtain CFRN within 24 months.
• Previous flight or transport experience preferred.
• Strong communication and basic computer skills.
• Ability to pass physical exam, drug screening, lift up to 100 lbs, and meet weight requirements.
