Start your new career as a Textile Machine Operator with MAU at a leading textile manufacturer in Lagrange, GA. As a Textile Machine Operator, you will produce first-quality carpets on dye ranges while ensuring safety, efficiency, and minimal downtime.

What We’re Looking For:

• Basic computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn new systems
• Experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts
• Ability to follow job-specific safety requirements and maintain SHARP compliance
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
• Willingness to work 10–12 hour shifts
• Availability for 2nd shift (1:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

What You’ll Do as a Textile Machine Operator:

• Audit and verify all quality-critical set points
• Perform colorways and changeovers according to specifications
• Troubleshoot and resolve Samtron quality issues
• Cross-train on all Samtron machines within the facility
• Safely operate dye ranges to produce first-quality carpet
