Summary:

• The Application System Analyst II serves as a liaison between system end-users, operational leaders, support resources, and vendors to design, build, optimize, and support assigned applications. This role is responsible for application support, optimization, troubleshooting, project implementation, and workflow analysis. The analyst collaborates with stakeholders to ensure applications meet operational and organizational needs while maintaining high-quality standards.
• The ideal candidate possesses strong healthcare systems knowledge, technical expertise, project management capabilities, and excellent communication skills. They can independently implement and support medium- to high-complexity applications with minimal supervision.

• Experience resolving moderate incidents independently.
• Experience developing new functionality with limited supervision.
• Experience working in collaborative team environments.

Preferred

• Detailed healthcare systems knowledge.
• Experience mentoring or training team members.
• Experience working with enterprise healthcare applications.

Certifications

Preferred:

• Relevant certifications in area of specialization.

Epic Analysts:

• Epic certification or proficiency in assigned module (required within 6 months of employment).
• Certifications/proficiencies must remain current through ongoing version training.
